Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at support@layreo.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us — we'll confirm your return and send you a prepaid shipping label with instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out to us right away at support@layreo.com. We'll sort it out.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original order and place a new one once the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
